14-Day Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the exact condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all protective materials and tags). Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with the appropriate return facility address based on your location and the dispatch origin.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment securely.
