We are proud to serve thousands of happy customers worldwide. To ensure the highest quality standards and fastest delivery times, the majority of our premium collections are dispatched directly from our primary operational hubs in Turkey.

Additionally, our strategic manufacturing partnerships extend to Egypt, Taiwan, Bangladesh, and China. Every single item, regardless of its origin, is subjected to strict quality control under the UrbanValore Assurance program before it reaches your hands.

All in-stock orders are carefully inspected, packed, and processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Because we are a direct supplier, some exclusive items are custom-produced or sourced specifically for your order. We ensure that this craftsmanship meets our rigorous standards without compromising our delivery commitments.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the dispatch warehouse. Generally, you can expect the following timelines:

  • Dispatches from Turkey (Primary): Delivery within ~7 business days to most global destinations.
  • United States & North America: 7 – 14 business days.
  • Europe & UK: 5 – 10 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 7 – 14 business days.

Note: Deliveries from our East Asian facilities to the US typically arrive within 7 to 14 days.
